1. Q: What web browser is best used for your website?

A: Internet Explorer 5.0 and above.

2. Q: I don’t see the “Purchase Buttons” to buy your downloads?

A: Your web browser needs to be cleaned. In Internet Explorer 4.0-6.0 click “Tools-Internet Options-Delete Cookies. Then Delete files-check the delete all offline content box-OK“. Then refresh the page. In Internet Explorer 7.0-8.0 click-” Tools- Internet Options- Under Browsing History click Delete. When the Browsing History window opens click- Delete All and check the box the says -also delete files and settings stored by add ons when the new window opens. After this, Refresh page log off the web and then log back on and return to our site to purchase your download.

3. Q: Do I need to do anything special to my computer before purchasing musical downloads from your website?

A: NO however, we strongly recommend that you clean your browser before purchasing. If you have made a purchase online prior to coming to our site, this will ensure that your browser will be cleaned prior to making your new purchase and avoid internet interruptions during downloading. Our website has an embedded virus protection program, firewall, spy ware, adware and malware blockers. This is designed to give you a safe experience while you are logged onto our site.

4. Q: How do I retrieve my download after purchase?

A: At the bottom of the Pay Pal page click the button that says “COMPLETE PURCHASE”. Your instant download link will appear. In the download window, click the button that says "SAVE"and NOT OPEN. We recommend that you save your downloads to your computer's desktop and from there you can move your files to your music library. After you have downloaded your file, open the zip folder and click on the folder that says "SONGS". There you will find your music. While filling out your Pay Pal form, remember to check the box that says “Shipping Is Not Required”.

5. Q: This is my first time purchasing downloads from your site. What is the easiest way to learn your system?

A: After you have made your purchase through Pay Pal and clicked the "COMPLETE PURCHASE" button, check your email. After every completed purchase we send a automated email to your email box with the song download link and detailed instuctions on how to use our downloading system.

6. Q: When I clicked on the link to download my song and the download window opened, I clicked on the "OPEN" button twice instead of the "SAVE" button by accident. I listened to the song but it was not downloaded to my computer. Also, I received a message that said that the link had expired. Can I get a new link so that I can save the song to my computer this time?

A: No. This is a user error. Clicking on the Open button twice tells us this. You must make a new purchase and follow our clear directions. You must click the "SAVE" button to download our files to your computer.


7. Q: During downloading I experienced a internet interruption (ex. while downloading I was cut off the internet, my web browser closed before the download was complete or a error message- unable to download). What should I do and what would cause this to happen?

A: Check your email. A link will be sent to you, allowing you to download the file. Normally this occurs when the user's web browser is full or dirty and needs to be cleaned. Before activating the link in your email again for downloading, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN QUESTION #3 FIRST. Also, make sure that you check the settings in your web browser, to make sure you don't have a timer turn on for downloading files. If you don't know how to do this, please contact your internet service provider. At this point, we also recommend that you turn any virus protection programs off while downloading from our site. Your virus protection program could be clashing with our embedded virus protection program. Since this is a user error, WE WILL NOT re-issue a new link if you fail to follow our instructions after your first attempt.

8. Q: Do you offer refunds on your downloads?

A: No. All virtual sales are final. All of our files are checked for accuracy through out the downloading process.

9. Q: Are your downloads IPOD compatible?

A: YES. Our Hi- Def downloads will playback on any musical device.

10. Q: Do I need to register or download any special software before downloading music from your website?

A: No.

11. Q: Pay Pal collected my money but when I clicked the “COMPLETE PURCHASE” button, I received a error message. What do I do?

A: Nothing. Our advance tracking system constantly monitors all transaction. Should this happen to you. Check your email within 24 hrs. A link to retrieve your download will be sent to you. Depending on your mail box settings, our email may be directed into your junk / bulk mail folder, so please check all your folders. If you don't receive a email from us within 24 hrs, contact us ASAP.

12. Q: Can I submit my demo directly to your label?

A: No. For legal reasons we do not accept unsolicited materials.

13. Q: After I make my purchase and download my file, could I send that link to a friend?

A: No! This is against our company's policy. We consider that an act of piracy and we take it extremely serious. Tell your friend to make their own purchase.
